The "service" interval I assume is if you're racing at sanctioned events.
The AC pully can go on anytime, use some 243 Loctite on it's bolts.
Have you contacted Rich about the bolt?
(Vendors aren't mind readers ;) )
Follow the enclosed "Destructions" that came with it very carefully, these things go on DAMN tight!
I destroyed 2 pullers removing mine for rebuilds.
I also fit mine with AntiSeize to help it come back off when needed.
The Big Bolt needed to be machined to fit so It's a good idea to buy...
Well it wasn't quite "perfect" now was it?
My "comment" to Weez was just stating the obvious that I think you're an imbecile after attempting to help you in PM's a few times only to have you discount what I was telling you with "I have 40 friends here that know all that"
Fine toddle off...
The Cams should have come with a timing tag you need to degree them on your motor to find out where their true 0-0 point is before you can "adjust" them for a different performance curve.
Trust me on this getting this right can make a HUGE difference in performance as a 4 degree change I made...
Nick: The relief in the cap may have died.
The CC is just a vent in the top of the tank that's actuated whenever the engine is above xx degrees temp.
(The actual hardware is pretty cool and well thought out as I used all the stock parts in my 115 Litre tank)
A fresh cap may make it work...
And when you think of the energy stored in the big spinning chunk of cast iron that's in line with your legs and only seperated by a single sheet of .9mm steel cracks are the LAST thing you want!
Anywhere nearby you can get it to 100 without being arrested and violated anally?
If so same test replace Hill with speed ;)
(keep in mind I said safely)
Go for a drive find a big hill throttle off and engine brake going down.
watch the rear view mirror as you put your foot back on the gas
if it's stem seals you'll see what I mean.
The amount of deposits that you describe doesn't sound like fuel.
