I have a 100 or so pages left (out of 1089) and will go and buy "World Without End" this weekend and grab some King or Koontz to read between them.
I read Pillar's long enough ago that it's new to me again (Memory loss from the accident is a good thing this way) :)
J: For the no exhaust test light throttle to say 5500 in 3rd then nail it and see how it reacts.
a) This "should" show if it's still dropping boost after 6400 to be another issue but if it boosts to boost cut we might have fond the problem.
As I said I'm running out of ideas here.
(Do you...
Jag: Time to drop the tank and run all the lines and fittings.
Do as Pete says and blow the lines through with the compressor and do a freeflow test on the pump with no lines.
I was just about to jump in and say I don't believe you could machine enough off for it to show as increased engine temps on a car with a correctly functioning cooling system ;)

Very welcome!
If the ARP stuff is all new look at it as part of the 5 Tq cycles needed to burnish the threads so you have consistant torque when tightened :)
Vehicle dynamics change everything, unless someone here has run your particular combination it's only guess work and opinion.
I think you'll have to be the trail blazer on this one, maybe buy a knock link and see what you can get away with.
