The pully on the PPS pump is a different diameter so you'll have more assistance on a non PPS rack, this was ok with my suspension settings and 265 front tires but it might be a bit floaty/imprecise.

The bumpers for the drivers side window on mine need adjusting as it moves around a LOT over 150 so that's been my limiting factor.
Might tape the screen molding as well thanks!
1: Depends a lot on driving style and general condition of the trans
2: Again a bit general and vague of a question, street tires if everything is in good condition LOTS slicks not so much.
3: NEVER heard of a Mk3 breaking an axle I'm sure it happens but it's not common.
