    Jz's DIDN'T use a 340 ;) It's a 341 or 343, bellhousing is different and it has full electronic control without the cable line pressure up of the 340. Torque converter spline count is different as well.

    He's had 2 different gates on it John and without the AVCR he said it was pulling full boost.

    I use wheel bearing grease on the tap to help catch the chips and I plug the compressor into one of the other port and supply it with 4psi to keep them out of the main gallery. Done a bunch of blocks this way with no issues ever.

    In theory it can be done but it'll be impossible to reseal the Timing case.

    1J wouldn't have been moving as much Air J. I still think there's something going on with the management. I don't think it's a mechanical issue.
