One of these would do the trick Keith, I'm using mine as a scavenge pump for the Turbo but they'll make 60psi and would be perfect for a preoilier.

Up to you I wouldn't do it that way. Why are you wanting adjustable pullies?

    Overheating on the Highway...

No undertrays = +5>10c at highway speeds and if the Rad is a little more blocked than last summer with leaves, bugs or crap inside it will overheat.

Accusump + Oil Cooler...Who's done it & How?

Don't need a check valve if you use filters with antidrainback valves Jeff. (most modern spinon filters)

I have seen homemade adjustable gears but cant find

"Sintered" Made from Compressed metal powder, well the outer teeth need to be able to move relative to the dowel pins so you need to cut something?

I have seen homemade adjustable gears but cant find

From memory the stock pullies are Sintered so I wouldn't risk cutting the centre out of one to make it adjustable.

Which tranny cooler line is the Return, which is Send?

LOL Rick I used the front of the Trans as the front reference ;)
  16. I

Using transcooler in radiator in place of power steering cooler

Personally I wouldn't as the Mk3 doesn't have a lot of cooling system overhead and you're just placing more load on what little it has. Get a proper Steering cooler and filter.

    '95 BMW M3 - shaeff's summer daily driver

Had both! Another is oily overalls that catch fire ;) That or slag goes down the front of your work boots and burns your ankles. I also have an IC shaped scar on my inner thigh where I steadied it while tigging on some brackets.... didn't realise how fast it would transfer heat.... DOH
