It's a modified JZA70 subframe, The axles are custom with the GM spline one end Toyota the other.
I used an early Falcon diff housing but if I were to do it again I'd find something that's already big and IRS as the custom parts mean the rear end has cost more than most cars here on SM.
It only works at idle so I doubt that it's your issue.
Is the car a PPS car?
ie: is the PPS computer actually in the car?
Does it have the PPS pump?
Is the rack wired up and plugged in?
A drill won't touch the ezyout as they're about as hard as each other, the dremel with a srone will grind it down, you're trying to reduce it's diameter so it can be punch through the hole and out the back of the bolt.
It's either that or try the Lye thing, I've never done it but have heard...
Dremel what's left of the ezyout down as much as you can then take a pin punch smaller than the hole and punch the ezyout through into the water jacket.
(I don't have a block here to check if the hole with the broken bolt is a through or blind hole as you haven't provided any pics)
