Up to you, all depends on how sweet you want the tune to be.
You're not going to make more power going sequential it's just going to improve driveability/economy, for me it's well worth the effort but I do a LOT of miles whenever I drive.
Not saying it's not possible.....
I was getting that out of SBC's before most of our members were born I'd just like to see confirmation of the claimed as I've also seen MANY people be 100rwhp out when estimating Iron Chev outputs ;)
