    Just about always run rubber lines here, anywhere there's limited ground clearence get's a sheild, hardlines tend to crush if bottomed out on anything and I'm not a big fan of braided lines where they're not needed. I ran much the same twin system on the 7M with 2 pumps 2 lines the whole way...

    On paper yes, real world you have a lot of potential power available from a turbo engine that an NA can't match. Stock for stock the GTE makes a lot more torque so feel's much stronger than the +30 would indicate.

    You can buy aftermarket high flow damper assemblies, I don't run one at all but my lines are all rubber from pump to rails.

    Find someone that can weld, you don't want to weaken the subframe anymore than it is.

    Ditto, there's quite a lot of crush of the base material when installed but for peace of mind replace it as a HG install on a 7M is an easily botched job.

    Drill a hole beside the bolt head then carefully weld the Nut to the Subframe filling the hole as you go.

    hmmmm ok (correct on NSS being the start switch) Totally wrong location for it though.... NSS is down by the starter normally.
