    Case is M14 x 1.5 straight and seals with an o-ring, DO NOT use a tapered fitting in there as it WILL split the case :( (this I suspect is why I'm swapping cases at the moment) The Adaptor is M16 x1.5.

    My "guess" is you're doing up the control arms at droop and not with the car's weight on them so it's preloading the bush/arm unevenly as it tries to tear the centres out..... Poo is 100% correct the bumpstops have 0 effect at normal ride height, this time it's true because I'm telling you so...

    Nope the actual saddle mounts to the front subframe, they get oldNsoft with the heat and oil in the bay and let the rack move around a bit. (the red bits)

    Get someone to turn the steering while you watch the rack, if the old rubbers are shagged the rack will move around a bit, I'd fit the Poly's anyway had mine in for years now.
