    Tired coils, different ambient temps, many variables can cause this if you're close to the ragged edge tune wise (so many here are it's not funny) I always go for a conservative tune for this reason.

    Should be fine that just looks like stiction nothing to stress over. The starter has probably at least 100x your strength. Why has the head been on/off again?

    Thanks AH they don't stock the Toyota disc I need :( (guess a place that builds Jeep transmissions might though as some use a 340) This really is turning into a monumental joke... This one disc is holding up my entire build.

    Tight budget and no skills..... BAD combination with a Mk3 these things very quickly turn into money pits even when you know what you're doing.
