    Sorry don't know never ran a stock ECU in the car, it's easy enough to find/verify. Jack the car up put it on stands idle it in 4th/5th connect a multimeter to ground on continuity then find any pink/grey flecks wires and probe it, you should see a bunch of on/offs, while it's connected...

    I tend to run 112 to 114 lobe centres on Turbo engines Rob, makes them idle much better, I split the difference between the 2 cams so you don't end up smacking a valve on a piston.

    You could try opening the lobe centres as a lot of overlap is just going to blow boost straight out the exhaust.

    There's a HELL of a lot more involded in aligning a Mk3 than just which way the steering wheel points.... Take it somewhere with a 4 wheel rack and have it done properly but keep in mind if anything is worn it will never be right.
