It's something I remember from my Chevy days ;)
Once you tip the fingers in the PP overcentre at high RPM centrifugal force holds them down, my OSGiken twinplate did it until I adjusted the pedal.
Always thought Pull clutches helped prevent this but looks like nah.
As the clutch wears the tipping point changes, puck clutches take very little travel to disengage, drive along hold the throttle steady and press the clutch in you'll see what I mean, you want an adjustment that give that travel + maybe an extra 5>10mm.
If you're not doing it with a pedal...
Yes, if you have a pulse and the injector is clean but the engine note doesn't change when you unplug that injector I have NFI what's going on....
Put it back together swap some injectors around and see if the problems follow the injector or the wiring..
Plug it into the injector that isn't firing and report back.
(test both sides of the circuit ie: Test light from INJ+ to ground and Test light from Power to INJ-)
But having said that if it were a wiring/power issue you'd have 2 down, might want to inspect the wiring right at the clips.
Moving the swaybar will change how it acts due to the different leverage ratio.
Moving the rack will change the ackerman angle...
Both if done without understanding the geometry will result in a bad handling Mk3 at best and a deathtrap at worst.
Randy: I think/feel you might have to take it down lower than 9v to reduce the flow as having the Walbro as a pusher it changes everything but yes something like that might work, you run standalone though don't you?
(never tried to PWM my Bosch pumps so aren't sure how they respond)
