hmm...ya got me there. regardless, you wont want to run more than about 10lbs with an NA-T because of the high compression. beyond that is pretty much a waiting game...waiting to blow it up!

if its leaking that bad a fluid addative wont help. You can mess around for a while but in the end you are gonna need to replace the rack. The one from the 90 might work. As I understand there are 3 different racks used through the years. As for interchangability...I cant help, but I would wager...

Stock HG shoul be fine so long as it was torqued to 72-75 lbs and you dont run more than about 10lbs boost (which will be close to fuel cut anyway)

John is correct, its only for the idle up. I used my stock accordian hose when I made my NA intake, and just cut it down to coupler sized, leaving the vac port on it and usable. Its is very unlikely that is causing your problem. If you havent figured this out by tomorrow I will go take a look at...

For the NA, I would say its best to go with Stock gap of .043

His name was Terry, and it was last gen, dunno exact year, green with 6spoke polished. If you see one around town with red paint on his front bumper, thats the guy.
