if I remember correctly the wiring for the passenger side switch goes through the drivers side so you may need to look on that side instead of the pass side. edit: or maybe its the other way around..what I remember was one time I forgot to plug one side in and neither side worked.

Ive had to clean the contacts of several window switches and have always been able to make them work. I would say you have several electrical issues though. God I hate wiring problems...I just cant wrap my brain around them.

BHG most likely Welcome to 7M supra ownership. Stop driving the car, do some diagnostics and be prepared to have to make major repairs. The good news is if you do it correctly the first time you shouldnt ever have to do it again.
