if the harness you have has gray connectors, it's NOT an '88 harness. all 86.5-88 harness had yellow connectors, and nothing but. i started to delve into the changeover when i did my swap, but i gave up about half way through it. it's definately worth just buying another (correct) harness...

i highly doubt it's plug and play. your temp control is worked by sliders. you don't have the servo's to move the temperature control flapper inside the ducting. or several of the other servos for that matter. -shaeff

bert, yes, there's a huge differece. i'm sure each car and it's associated wiring would be different, but i re-wired the headlights on my '94 toyota 4x4, (uses the same headlights as the supra) and the difference was amazing. like night and day, literally. (and i already had sylvania silver star...
