    I found with e-fans in a Mk3 you need to get them on 10>20 under where you want the car to run as if you leave it till it's at the temp you want it overshoots and if the load is heavy it can never catch up, pulling em in early gives the system a head start then it's fine!

    Lean as fuck on throttle.... Don't push it while it's this lean... 11>12's are "safe" on throttle/boost.

    7M's have enough cooling issues as is without adding thermal load, for an occasional high output engine you can get away with no squirters but I see them as an integral part of the cooling system as they pull a lot of heat away from the pistons and may raise the detonation threshold and increase...

    The Hardpipe wraps around the block and is almost impossible to get out without pulling the exhaust manifold :( (guess which dodery old fool assembled an engine and forgot to install it in order once :nono: ) Timing cover isn't too much in the way, worst case scenario is if the Timing case...

    It's sold at a lot of Motorcycle dealers as "SuziBond, YamaBond, HondaBond" you get the idea :D Think a few Snowmobile shops stock it as well.

    But they do fine with pushrods, there are 4 valve heads for them and they're not a huge +, 15 years is still a youngen as far as engine designs go!

    Much easier than the gasket behind the timing cover, it's just a gasket behind the Steel Hardpipe or possibly the hadpipe itself.

    DOH! Check the 90 degree hose first they bake in there and get brittle, might be from the water neck but it's not a common leak. 3 possible spots it might be leaking>>

    Can you isolate the leak? i.e is it high or low on the engine, left or right?
