Well there's talk of 800 crank HP @ 12v and 900+ @ 13.5v, so being conservative 500rwhp would be comfortable, I as always doubled up and run 2 pumps. ;)
Probably not... only kept it as long as I did due to the $$$ I'd put into it, towards the end the Shell was showing signs of a hard life..
As for the original topic try waking in hospital 2 weeks after some fool almost takes your life... puts things in perspective, cars can be replaced...
040 might have been a better choice, same pump but it's an intank so has a screen on the bottom instead of a threaded fitting.

Rebuilt will have TERRIBLE ring seal till it's broken in and will have blowby....
Leakdown test a new engine and cry till you realise this fact and accept it, NOT normal on a broken in engine, the PCV system should remove and Oil vapour it's what it's designed to do...
