i've got red LED's in mine and they dim just like stock. so you could turn the dimmer down a LOT if they're too bright. ;) i wish i had pics. :(

or you didn't torque them correctly. ;) or didn't install them correctly. ;) too many variables to simply blame on gasket defects. that's just my opinion, though.

it looks like that because they're incandescent bulbs, NOT led's. ;) with white led's (the super whites), it would look completely different than that, and have no yellow to it. ;)
