i can hit 7psi on my 6262 before fc. Im still on stock gauge tho. But from memory its usually around 14psi.
It will vary from car to car and location as well. I hit 10-11 psi on my 57trim 7m with no fc
Iirc stock fc limit on a 1j is right around 14psi. Will be sooner when it's cold out.
Bcc or fcd with a wide band and safc and 2jz 440 can boost up to 17psi with stock twins. Tho the twins might not last long then.
My car did something similar but not nearly as bad. Rev up and down from 1k to 1500 like a bad tps or something. But it goes away when hot. Started last week and not all the time. Kinda cuts out too. Havnt looked into it.

The ground is controlled by the Ecu.
All the injectors have the same power wire.
You wire in the power wire to the resistor. Then the other wires go to the go to the injectors.
Stock clutch is more than enough and a full kit from champion toyota is like 220$. Or maybe less.
6 pucks and stock pressure plates suck. Horrible combination. Better off with a stiff pressure plate and a full face disc.
