    Where is it cracked? Can always find a good used one for cheap. T4 setup is going to cost 1500-2k unless you just get everything used and constantly look for deals. Upgraded ct is around 500 from Albert.

    It's a little bit of both and luck. Some will go out sooner than others. Tho ours seems to be pretty stout even after the years. If the rack bushings have been covered in oil tho the rack might move slightly.

    Yes but you can use a auto harness with manual. You can't use a manual with a auto.

    The is a neutral safety switch. You can press it with your finger and turn the key. And no 89 body plugs and 91-92 are different. So are some 90. The c1 plug is all the same tho for 89+

    Hammer a different socket on the head bolt and see if you can break it loose before drilling into it. I used a big torx bit on 7m head bolts a few times that way.

    To hit 550 your going to need 680 or bigger injectors. Could start with a t61 and a small ar housing and see where it gets you. Even 400-450 at the wheels is going to be fast.

    It's all about turbo sizes. If you get a smaller turbo with a small exhaust ar it will spool fast. Also divided manifolds and housing will spool faster as well.

    Usually feathering is caused by toe. Cupping is usually shocks.
