Never seen an arp bolt for the cam caps. Titan has them for the cam gear bolts.

You have to loosen that bolt and loosen the other mounting bolts so the pump can move when loosened. No bolts need to be removed.

Thats a pretty think oil for cold start ups. try running 5w30 or 0w30.

If it slowly faded away then there is prolly a leak somewhere in the A/C system. Can fill it up and check.

Start by getting a block tester like others have said.

Pep boys has purolators.

Toyota aren't the best filters. Wix or pure one(aka purolator) are. Also all filters are supposed to have anti drain back valves. Weather or not how well they work idk. Jdub would know for sure tho.

Drain back valve could have failed. I find on most filters at work that if you leave it sitting long enough there won't be oil in it. I prefer purolator filters. And there half the price of a k&n. Engine full of oil?

If its bad might as well just drive it like that. Easier to turn then without. If the suction hose is bad and letting air in it will sound like a whining pump tho as well.

Your red wire is bugging me. Run it through the hold next to the battery and under the fender and follow the body harness and run it through the boot of the body harness. Also stick the relay behind the fender as well on the pass side. Looks great tho.
