Stock fuel pressure is all that's needed. Spec is 33-40 psi. More doesn't equal better.
Mk4 pump is drop in. There is also the duestchworks pump as well.
Maybe you hit the knock sensor wire when doing the swap. Or it just decided to take a dump while you were doing it.
Ive had a tps go bad on first start after a hg change. Shit happens.
With it on cold the heater valve is closed. With it on 85 the valve is open and coolant circulates through the heater core.
You have air in your system from a leak or a bhg..........
pressure test and block test.

You can get the cpu by itself which will fit in any stock ecu for 850. Then just need to wire it up inside the box. Could go full seequential on ign and fuel if you wanted as well and use 1zz coils and get rid of the stock igniter.
How much you want to do tho is up to you...
