It's quite simple and straightforward. While you're in there, the things I would change would be cam seals, crankshaft seal, and idler/tensioner.
Just bring the matchmark on the crank pulley around so it lines up with 0* on the timing cover, and make sure that the matchmarks on the cam gears...
My PTE IC doesn't have internal fins a.k.a. turbulators (thank you for using proper terminology chris :drink1:)
