It's quite simple and straightforward. While you're in there, the things I would change would be cam seals, crankshaft seal, and idler/tensioner. Just bring the matchmark on the crank pulley around so it lines up with 0* on the timing cover, and make sure that the matchmarks on the cam gears...

My PTE IC doesn't have internal fins a.k.a. turbulators (thank you for using proper terminology chris :drink1:) I've been toying with the idea of picking up one of those ebay 4" thick ones as they all seem to be of excellent quality. Ryan, let's not get into another big intercooler "discussion".
