Yeah, you're not going to get a specific gain from the manifold alone. It's pretty hard to gauge what sort of power you would realize from the manifold alone. If you're doing a swap, and can afford one, you may as well go for it. Just realize that you'll have to run a T4 or T3 flanged turbo...

Looks like a Hot Air setup. a.k.a... no intercooler. Nice setup! I'd love to DD one o'dem. That thing is a sleeper with stock wheels and suspension. Looks great!

I've got a 180* 3" mild steel mandrel bend here that I probably will never use. I'll sell it to you for like $20 + shipping... You can cut whatever angles you want out of it and have yourself a mandrel bent exhaust, and best part will be it'll still be cheap!
