Using a 2 psiton caliper instead of one is only a very slight upgrade. rotor mass is still the same. Crap pads will decrease braking power greatly. a good pad will go farther than a 2 piston caliper.

With the actuator hooked up its supposed to be pretty stiff. With it unhooked the flapper should move freely.

It's a Hall effect sensor. It supposed to be how it is in the diagram. But if you switch black and yellow it will be fine. That is power and ground and red is the signal.

Yellow to yellow. Black to black. Red to red. It's like that from the sensor to the abs Ecu.

Proper oil cooler will keep the oil temp down.
