51 won't cause lean but the Lexus afm could. If your not running crazy high boost esp wth a stock turbo why not just use stock injectors and afm? Pretty sure you can still use a 3in exhaust. I've seen v8 2j and 1j swap done in those all the time.

Adjust the screw in more on the lex since your only running 6-7 lbs. Also code 51 is tps. You will need to fix that first. And how can you not fit 3in? I have 3in and I'm lower than most. I could fit 4in as well.

Your at about its maxamium. Could prolly go a little more but it will run out of breath soon. Not bad tho for a bolt on turbo. Any newer 61-63mm turbos with a good tune will get you apst 500 at those boost levels.
