Look in the TSRM. The torque for the cam caps is 14ft lbs. The bolts don't go into the aluminum, they go into iserts where the cap sits. Get a tprque wrench and use it. If they are too tight, you will have scouring on the cams. It will not really stop the engine from starting.

If putting any engine into a differnet chassis, especially when mixed makes, I would just do a standalone. Pretty simple. I learned how to wire in an AEM to a SR20 and a 1JZ. Now, I am planning a 1JZ into a S13 Coupe and have it run by a Haltech or AEM.
