    Supra vs new Nissan

There is a guy selling a R34 in Jersey that is registered and 50 state legal. He said he would trade for a MKIV too. I would like to have an R34 and kill those GT-Rs.

    Jeff's MKIII picture/progress thread

Aaron's work is top notch. That is the reason I buy everything I need from him if he has it in stock. He told me about the HKS cams compared to the BC, and when looking at the BC cams compared to the HKS cams in person, they are 100% Superior. He recommended the best part even if it cost...

Van, did you do the stock igniter ground? I ran a ten gauge wire for the coil pack ground and made sure the bolting surface was clean as well. It is a thick wire for the ground, but it works.

    1JZ Build..HKS...Greddy..ACT..Chrome..You Might Like It.Dont Hate :)

The shop was busy today so I could not do much. I did manage to give the block a good cleaning. I got it pretty clean and washed everywhere with diseal and brake cleaner. Then blew all the oil channels and coolant channels out with the air compressor. I then took all the bolts and ran them...

Removing fuel damper, good or bad?

That 3000 RPM break up has been happening since early 2000. I called Aaron and that is what he told me. I researched it, which he said to do, and it is true. It is really a hit or miss. The lines are meant for a upgraded fuel system and above stock HP ratings.

    Oil Pressure

No offense was taken, don't worry about that. The original poster has not responded in a while. He should first get a mechanical or electrical gauge and test the oil pressure that way. If he cannot do that, getting a know working cluster with an oil pressure gauge to swap in and see what it...

    Oil Pressure

I assumed that the original poster used a mechanical gauge or electronic gauge to get a solid reading. Changing the sensor to the 7M one would be good by using the DriftMotion oil line. Both of those are good diagnostic methods. I have never seen a bad srock oil pressure gauge when hook up...

    Oil Pressure

Simply put, whatever oil you use, pressure should always increase when revving an engine, not decrease. Change the oil pump, your bearings, crank, pistons, rods, camshafts, cam caps, head and turbo will be glad you did. You can check and make sure the strainer and tube gaskets are all in...

    SupraMario's 78 Rolla Build AKA the IS50

2JZ Swap? There is a guy on here that did a 2JZ swap in a Starlet. That one is almost finished. If you ported that 4A to the maximum, you could get some good NA power out of that thing. High CP compression custom pistons as well would work well and throw in some methanol injection.

Kenny is a ricer. I just went back in the thread to look for an engine shot to get a picture to show someone what is a ABS module is since I am looking for NON ABS brake lines, and was trying to explain how to tell if a car has ABS. I had to go through a million pages of wheel selection by...
