What I did was: Hold the EGR cooler, lay gasket on top, put one bolt through the EGR plate and gasket, then get that one bolt started on the bolt hole. Now it acts like a hinge for the plate and gasket... so just swing the gasket up with your fingers when trying to get another bolt in. It's...

Nah, the vac line you have now gets CUT, and one half slips over the metal hard line like a nipple, and on the other side it gets slipped over the nipple of the VSV and also to the metal hard line.

And you should have like 1/2 that vacuum length once it's properly patched in. :) Good luck!

Hmm, I think there is a VSV under the intake manifold attached to the hard vac line tree. I took mine all off, so I can't remember.

The tial race car uses nothing BUT rtv silicone gaskets. :rofl:
