That hose is part of the PCV system. It never sees positive pressure, only vacuum. I personally would check every clamp to make sure they're at least tight. The ones in the bumper are easily reached if you loosen the plastic fender lining to the passenger tire.

^This. Timing light is electrical timing, not mechanical timing. Double check your mechanical timing first. Also, what dowel pin hole did you use to install the cam gears?

Well, the 550's will be maxed out at your 480 rwhp.

Loosen the engine/transmission mounts and pull the engine towards the front bumper. Support it like that while trying to take the rear turbo off.

Is this with your ignition still breaking up? You also need to change your sig, your RWTQ is 345, not 445.
