I HIGHLY recommend Albert.
Like I said, my 57 on low boost which is like 5-6 at 2.5k RPMS and slowly creeps to 9 by redline, is a dog til that high button is pushed.
I might have to take a video to show you the potential of a 57 on 18 PSI but I'm switching my rear tires out first though.
Disconnect the throttle cable and see if the RPM's come down. Vacuum leaks won't cause an idle increase. Make sure no one has messed with the idle screw or the throttle bump stop.
Uh? What the hell? 13:1 afr? If your car is in stock form and running 13:1 afr, you got bigger issues than a boost leak. Normally under WOT, these cars are deep into the 10's for the afr.
Hmm, rebuilt the engine but dropped in a leaky old engine because the turbo was leaking. Money is not an option and neither is intelligence.
First, your knock sensors. It'll cost you about 8 bucks for the cable, the rest of the stuff most other people have.
Next, give us your 'mod' list so we...
Well, some will say that you've already gone passed the limits of the stock oiling system. Some will also say that you're still well within the limits of the oiling system. I will be doing a full flow oil cooler ASAP, it never hurts to have too good of a oil cooling system.
Oh, by the way, the 57 trim at 8 PSI feels slow to me as well. When I have everything zero'd on my EBC, boost comes on later at around 2700-3000 and feels kind of sluggish. It's when I click the high button that the fun happens, I can floor it in second gear at 1k rpms, when it gets around 1800...
My 57 trim comes on at 2300-2500 but I'm using almost every bolt-on. Is the waste gate still hooked up? No exhaust leaks? If the turbo doesn't spin freely, I'd say you got a problem inside the turbo.
Why post this then? Even after posting that statement about how non-useful JJ is. Why even bother posting this statement pointing out an obvious flaw in your statement? Well, because I can. JJ doesn't have to help people nor does he even have to post information when people like you ride his ass...
Am I seeing this wrong or does the AFR say 15 across the board? Also, your stock fuel lines aren't the only thing pretty close to being maxed out.
Nice curve though, must get fun around 4.5k
How will you push out the rear main seal? If you're popping off your oil dipstick, you're causing excessive crank case pressure. What happens when you cause excessive oil pressure inside a turbo center section? You normally blow out the oil seals, same rule applies.
I wouldn't replace it with a non-formed hose unless you want to leave a loop in it near the nipple so it doesn't pinch.

I'd just buy the actual hose.
