Found a "Vacuum leak" in the cooling system. It has driven me nuts for a month. After a long drive then parking the car and letting it cool down I would get air pockets in the heater core. I pressure checked at 20psi and combustion leak checked. Nada. What was happening was the upper heater core...
New wheel bearings. Brembo rotors. Ebc redstuff. Goodridge lines. Ate super blue racing fluid. All new hardware. 0 thousandths runout. :) Replaced like 5 bulbs.
Most Diff fluid sold in stores now has LSD additive premixed. If your diff is older it won't lock hard enough. I've also haven't had any success with any synthetic diff fluid.
-Energy bushings all around. Poly trans mount.
-Rack spacers and bushings.
-Check wheel bearings, tie rods ball joints for play.
-Retorque subframes and all suspension components.
-Could also use poly subframe bushings.
-4 wheel lazer align.
-non lsd GL5 diff fluid. (Add additive to taste)...
Get the car on jackstands. Stick a stethoscope on the knuckle, center DS bearing and diff. If its the diff ask for GL5 with NO LSD additive. If you want to be extra safe, install the lugnuts without the wheels on.
Be mindful of where you remove weight. You don't want to throw off the corner weight balance. Seen it to many times with the Honda boys. Gutted rear and they wonder why the back is bouncing around, or breaking loose.
