Yea, probably synchros. Only thing that I can think of. Have you tried changing your tranny fluid to something synthetic like Redline? That might help. Good luck though.

Use the R154 if you want a good strong tranny. Go with the W58 if you want a smooth shifting tranny. IIRC, the W58 will only hold about 400whp or something like that. But, do some searching and you will find answers.
