Looks great, Bryan.
I love my peak/hold boost gauge from ProSport.
My biggest dissatisfaction with them, is the plugs on the back of the gauge... Mine just don't "snap" in, and are easily pulled out when re-mounting.
I remember when I had no idea how turbo's worked or what boost leaks were... I found the same one melted like yours.
I had gotten so used to how slow it became, thinking "I blew my turbo"... to "OMG this car is so fast!"
 @ ignorance.
I made a lot of runs, and think I have a 100mph trap somewhere in the bunch.
As for skating. I meant the rear would travel side to side a little bit coming up on 100mph, then once you come off the throttle it would get a little swingy.
Yeah, I'm still practicing... Next weekend I'll install...

Here are 3 or so passes.
Damn shame on that last one it launched so good, but just spun like nuts once I got to 2nd gear. (I believe there was an oil down before me.)
Yeah, I lost my digital camera sometime last week when I took pictures... but my cam corder was here.
I'll get copies of the slips when I go back next weekend. (I work in a different town during the week, then go back home on the weekends.)
Lemme see if I can get some clips on YouTube.
I removed both powersteering and AC... for no particular reason.
Just didn't notice them there or off, so they're all off.
Probably the biggest benefit to removing them is arm space for working on the car... the more parts I can stand to lose, the freer positioning I have to get to tough to...
Well that was interesting. :)
Didn't do too bad. 7.90's@98 - 100's.
I believe this car will do low 7's with a two step.. it takes a lot of revs to launch.
I've been loading the car up on the clutch with the e-brake, and cut a couple 1.8 60's... but towards the end of the day the track...
Hey Brian,
I did some launching today and up to the top of 3rd gear and it was planted.
Didn't walk left or right, just planted.
If it's dry tomorrow, I'll give it a try at the track.
Thanks for the advice.

Thanks man, I will be careful... it's something I've been thinking about alot for a while. Ever since Dave Boykin told be years ago... "Never mix radials with non radials."
If I'm racing with someone else, I'll wait at the light till they go so I don't take them out if I end up getting wavy...
