That's how I imagine it going wrong.
Since it's the 1/8th track, I feel confident in being able to "get out of it" and lift if it starts. (Time-wise)
I'll take plenty of video to document how the combination does.
FYI, the fronts are BFgoodrich 235-50-16 (iirc).
Okay I'll heat them up really well.
Mike: Thanks for the link, sir. I was actually reading that site when you posted the link... don't know how I missed it.
I'm a little concerned the car will walk side to side on the track Sunday w/o skinnies. This car is going to go 100+mph in the 8th...
Hey guys,
I cannot find my camera at the moment, but my wheels and tires got here... so I'll try to get to the track this sunday.
They're 26x10.5x16 Mickey Thompson ET street.
I've been told to start at 15psi and work my way down if need be.
What do you think?
Bone stock!
If I could find my camera, I'd take pics of the 26" ET streets that showed up!
Going to the track sunday... hope I don't hit my fenders... :(
Time to roll the fenders. :(
Hey Seth,
You wouldn't happen to know what thread size you used on my intake manifold for the vacuum nipples by any chance?
I broke on on a bad launch, and have since replaced it with another, however I think the thread I got was slightly larger in there. :(
Let me know.
