    alternator has nothing to do with starting either, so when you tried a different batter it turned over for a bit(how long) and then the loud clunk and all lights, gauges everything died again?

    hmm i got the msd 8.5mm wires, haven't run the car yet, in the middle of the na-t, hope there allright. i put irridiums in too:aigo: i'm gonna be running stock boost but at higher compression i hope they dont "glow" maybe i'll change them to copper, wish i read this sooner.

    ok.. just trying to clear things up, as i dont want to p you off, you advice is valued. i was gonna cut the "stock gte oil cooler plug" out and weld my na-t turbo drain bung in that area, its right in line with the turbo, it was just a thought, i am still missing my turbo, line kit, and more...

    They never drilled out either?? --what do you mean? the drain is drilled but has a plate over it, but the feed is just cast. so you say that the gte oil cooler drain is a crap setup, is that for the cooler only, cause if i cut that out and welded the turbo drain bung there would that be good...

    weird oil would leak past plugs... and. cause it not to start.. at all. and he changed the valve cover gaskets, and the tube??? those stupid allen key plugs he mentioned? can oil get into the chamber past the spark plugs??

    weird, please continue, do you konw what makes them so sensitive?? ecu?? i cant see why a battery not taking a charge could effect lights, stero, and voltmeter with the engine running? the alternator powers all those things.
