    Any dog people?

I have a pit bull for the guard dog at my shop. She's just a pup(around 8 mo.) still, but does a good job. She's loose at night in the yard(just a warning: don't reach through the fence, and God help you if you jump it), and tied up during the day. I intentionally keep her away from anyone...

egr gasket at the back of the head

Take the trans mount loose from the cross member, and jack the back of the trans. up. It'll give you a little more room between the head and firewall.

    101MM Stroke 7MGE

If I remember correctly, the E-85 is kinda corrosive, and you have to have special coated fuel lines. Not positive, so you might check into that, just to be sure...

    Radiator flush at thispoint

The first flush with water is to get all the loose sediments, rust, and "bars leak" out. Running the system with the Prestone flush treatment will work more effectively at removing the harder, built up deposits this way. I've done vehicles without removing the block drain plug, it just takes...

    testing the AFM and TPS

http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=58364 Posts 13 and 14 have the information you need to test(and calibrate) the tps using the "DC volts" setting on your meter.

    temperture goes up and down...

Are your fans on a temp. switch? Could be the temp. of the switch is too high, causing your fans to come on late. Also, check that the radiator isn't plugged up. Cut the jiggle valve off the t.stat, and clock the hole that's left straight up. Any air trapped behind it will find it's way out...

    fixed the overheating

The accepted torque here(contrary to the book), is 72 to 75 ft. lbs. Mine is torqued that hard as well. Is there a fan shroud on your radiator? If not, that could be the reason your car is overheating in city traffic.

    Radiator flush at thispoint

Pull the block drain bolt, leave lower hose off the radiator, pull the t.stat. Stuff a water hose where the t.stat. would normally reside, and turn it on full. Let it run until it runs clear out of the drain bolt hole and water pump. Turn the water off, pull the hose out of the t.stat's place...

    Radiator flush at thispoint

There is a block drain bolt under the exhaust mani, around cyl.5, iirc, about halfway up the block.

    Partial power

Actually, there is another way to read codes, but I can't seem to find it. Check this thread: http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=50259&highlight=interior+lights Other than that, the TEWD could offer you some help.

    testing the AFM and TPS

You need to set the tps back to where it should be. Did you use a timing light when you adjusted the distributor?(if not, your timing is way off, now) I'll bet it makes a nice clunk when you shift from park/neutral to drive/reverse as well. You need to reset the timing back to 10. There's a...

    fuel or something

Actually, iirc, there is a safety feature in the afm that doesn't let the fuel pump activate with the key in the "on" position, and the motor not running. You actually have to start the car to activate the fuel pump, or jumper the afore mentioned 2 pins in the diag. connector. And again...

    fuel or something

If you jumper Fp and B+ in the diagnostic connector, do you hear fuel flowing in the fuel rail? The fuel pump relay and resistor are mounted together on the passenger side fender well, close to the top strut mount under the hood. What kind of problem are you having starting the car? More...

    Partial power

No, I don't know anything you don't. Well, about this problem at least ;) I seem to remember having a weird problem like this after doing some wiring, though, for my radio, or fog lights, or something. Turns out there was a loose plug in the driver's kick panel, next to the fuse box. Had to...

    Bad idea 101

Why not use the AWD motor and trans. out of the mid 90's AWD Talon Tsi? Probably be a better fit(transverse mounted turbo 4 cyl.), and seems to be a decent motor/trans., with plenty of available mods. Here's a little vid of one running a Supra...
