Grounds are most likely the culprit for stuff like this. Fortunately, everyone builds each headlight on a separate circuit, so if one is doing something but not the other, then its easier to diagnose etc.

He's right though, thats kinda much for a car around that power level. Any more than that, and you'd have to change the turbo anyways. Also, I think you'd be better off with an ovular or dual exhaust as well.

Sounds like someone has worked on the line himself. I too dont have a heater. Previous owner told me he removed the heater core. I'm not sure why. Closer inspection shows that the hose fittings that go to it are still there, so it might be.
