    World's First Electric Supra

Damn.....that's pretty amazing stuff. 320 lb/ft is pretty respectable too for numbers. Like others, I wonder what the range and charge time would be on it and what it would be 110V vs 220V (people like plugging things in to their "regular" sockets).

    Exhaust choices.

It's almost hard to get anything sounding high pitch with our motors, the 3.0L I6 just naturally sounds deeper than a lot of the <2.0L I4 rice running round out there these days. A straight through 3" will give you a decent tone. In terms of a muffler for stock exhaust, I'm pretty sure my...

    Am I seeing things....?!

Hey, at least I had the brains enough to actually do a little google searching to verify :P. My buddy sent that to me in an e-mail entitled "Well are you going to by this or should I?", heh. Google search the VIN and ZING.....hits all over the place with the same wording and junk >_<

    adjustable boost/fuel cut defence

This is just the little article from the front page.... http://www.supramania.com/forums/content.php?141-What-is-Fuel-Cut What sort of fuel mods are you doing? What kind of power are you aiming for?

    adjustable boost/fuel cut defence

The safest and easiest way to make power past what the stock system will give you is getting the Lexus AFM setup. You're looking for an AFM from the SC400 or LS400 (I don't know the specific years off the top of my head, but it's out there if you search). It's the same electronics as the...

    Lexus AFM Clarifications Please

I can't help you with too much, but I can tell you that the stock electronics are the same as the lexus electronics, just a different housing. The adjustment screw shouldn't be necessary in getting a global AFR change if you've got an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. I don't know why it's...

    Am I seeing things....?!

http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/rds/cto/1798809334.html Is this for real? It can't be... You could get that going with a turbo swap or conversion for well under $10k....and on a nice clean body too!

Whats a good exhaust for a 1989 turbo supra?

http://www.bicperformance.com/ He's got a section on the forums here as well. I've got one of his divorced down pipes and the back half was done custom. From what I've seen of his stuff, I like it.

    Weighed my car today!

You'd be suprised. Most industrial chemical places can get it for you. You don't need a license or anything for it and it's not SUPER expensive. I think we did our entire 2nd gen Integra race car with less than $50 of ice for the interior. Just let the dry ice sit on the tar for 5 minutes or...

Whats a good exhaust for a 1989 turbo supra?

You unwilling to get it shipped? BIC makes some pretty nice exhausts for our cars. If you're not wanting the thing shipped though that's seriously going to limit your choices...

    550CC injectors

That's one way, and that's what I meant by electronics. Other options can be the MAFT setup, or doing a full ECU replacement using the AEM system or some sort of equivelent. You still need the AFPR, fuel pump, and J-tube mod done to support the larger injectors. You could possibly get away...

    550CC injectors

I'd by new o-rings just to be safe, but that's me. Fuel's not something worth messing with for seals, one small leak and your engine bay turns in to a BBQ. I can't remember if you have to do anything with the pigtails, but I'm sure someone else can chime in on that. Otherwise, assuming you...

    Fuel Injector problem

If I didn't get a completely definite answer from someone that I would trust is telling the truth saying "Yes, this works." I would stay away from it. Fuel isn't something you want to be messing with. All it takes is a little leak and the next thing you know you've got a BBQ for an engine bay.

aem uego wide band to stock 87 ecu?

A wideband has a simulated narrowband output for the ECU. Our ECU's will not understand a wideband's signal at all. You'd have to be running a different ECU to take a wideband signal. I haven't used it myself at all, but from what I've read and researched myself, a true narrowband will give...

June Juicy BBQ Meet at BIC Performance, June 27, Langley

Dang it....these dates just never like to line up for me. It's an SCCBC race weekend down at the track in Mission, so I'm doing pit work. We're hosting ICSCC that weekend too, so it's a bigger one. Would have love to come, especially now that my car is finally on the road, but it won't work...
