Let me correct myself, The head was machined and everything, The block wasnt touched on the Surface other than a wipe down hince the Stock HG impresson into it. Basically he would have had to Deck the block to get that Impresson out of it.
How do you pressure test the cooling System since Ive...
New radiator cap that came with both the new Radiators. When its forced out after the first time, he looks into the overflow bottle and its completely full so He leaves it that way hoping that it will pull it back into the radiator. Basically, he is loosing more coolant than the bottle can hold...

Ah, Ok. Im running the VPC/SAFC setup so I wasnt for sure If I could get rid of them or they would have to be Incoorperated into my FFIM. Now If you dont mind me asking, Where did you all Relocated your ISC Valve so that it doesnt stick out like a Sore thumb and it looks clean?
I should know this but Im going to throw this out there right now and see what everyone things.
Im about 60% complete on my FFIM and Im wondering since guys like Ron R and all those that make FFIM for the 7M, what is the Advantage and Disavantage (If any) of removing these Items.

GM 3-BAR MAP sensor does work if you wire it in correctly.
The 3-Bar MAP sensor can measure boost levels up to 28 PSI
pin-out:
A - Sensor Ground
B - Signal output - VPC pressure sensor Blue wire
C - 5vdc input (when measured with Black (ground) wire on Main VPC harness)
thank you sir. I think Im going to take your Advice and just take it over to my usual machine shop. They said since I do alot of business there and all I need it some measurements then they will do it for free. Im hoping that this comes out like it should but we will see.
Thanks Again
What type of Micrometer do I need. I have one but its for shims only and its really small, I asked a couple machine shops but they couldnt tell me where I could Purchase one as I think they want me to just bring it in to them and let them charge me to do it.

I didnt hit the sides of the Pistons and it was a very very cheap sand blaster. Basically just to get the stuff off the tops, it took about 2 or 3 minutes per Piston. I can see the size and everything on them stuff. Washed them off when I got home and all so I dont think I hurt them in any way...
No one can give me anything on this. Im just trying to make usre that this block is still good as Im not for sure what the max Clearnace on .040 pistons should be.
Got it and thanks. I just went outside and secured mine down to the Head. Turn the Key and she fired right up and purring like a Kitten. I guess I can say that Im the First COP Ignition in a MKII 7MGTE Supra.
Im running the NGKs BKR8EIX. I bought them from a shop here in town that deals with nothing but MKIII Supras and RX7s. He said that they were like a colder plug and would be the best.
Ok, I got my coils with wires for $50.00 shipped.....
When I sit the coils on the 2-3 and 6 Plug, I dont hear that click sound as a Regular wire would. Does these coils just sit on top of the plug and not click on or should I hear that clicking sound.
Thanks as this is all I need to know...
Hey all,
Now I know that this isnt something that you get asked everyday but I just Picked up a 90% Complete engine from a guy here local. The head was already off the block and the Pistons were already out. Now after looking at the Pistons, there was lots and lots of burnt oil on top of...
