I totally agree. The brand is "Danby", be sure to avoid it! I have a Maytag AC in my music studio that works at all times.
Gonna try your guy's rewiring suggestions. Thanks!!
I have an air conditioner in my bedroom with a stupid feature that disables it when the outside air temperature is below 70 degrees. In the manual it says "if it is that cool, just open a window". Needless to say, I live near farmland of untold stench and allergens that would make most weep. My...
Maybe you just need a proper tune? My car has similar mods with a 57 trim CT and did 393rwhp at 16-17psi. My SAFC was dyno tuned at Titan Motorsports before I bought it. I believe the Maft Pro can dial in your tune automatically with a wideband connected, which might get you the 400 you want.
Midrange speakers and tweeters are very directional, so for this project I wanted to get the best stereo imaging possible, without cumbersome kick pods at my feet. This means to have the speakers as far forward as possible, and facing my ears as much as possible with minimal interference. The...
Behind the interior fuse panel is a little grey box, which controlls the dome lights and fading effect when the door is closed. Inside it has a circuit board with the beeper on it. I just unsoldered and removed the beeper, which is black and looks like a tiny 1/2" speaker that fires out of a...
It's a low-mile JDM 7MGTE with a garrett 57-trim CT, lex, 550's, SAFC, etc. running 94 octane. The rear tires are 295's, but with these 3-piece wheels, I could get a larger rear inside lip to fit a fatter tire. Might fit a 315 or 335!
Yeah, it's just a rolling chassis that I push around. :biglaugh: I will paint the engine bay some other time, perhaps if I pull the motor sometime down the road. It is still white and not worth showing off just yet. It does however put down 393rwhp at 17psi on the street:evil2: I'd like to do a...
I find it amazing that they didn't make it standard to have warning lights/sounds for low oil and overheating. My aunt seized the engine in her domestic car because she never watches the temp gauge. A warning light would have saved them an engine.
I'm glad you guys like it! A few more pics taken today. Interior should be done by next week. Leather seats and carpet are in, plus window tint and new car alarm/starter.
If that is the reason, then perhaps a stiffer bar in the rear with reinforced tabs is the way to go? Mk3's and Mk4's have similar weight distribution, don't they?
I'm looking at the whiteline sway bars now that I am running the softest street coilovers I could find (Tein Flex, just 50% stiffer than stock). It was not urgent until now, that I want to solve the problem I have with my super-low offset wheels and widebody setup rubbing my fender liners on...
