if ur just looking at 300-400 hp stock pistons can do it for you...
i wouldnt take the chance IMO
if you are just looking at 350 hp and 400 hp .....stock rods and pistons and valvetrain...will do the job with arp's and a MHG( prep the block)....should get a felpro gasket kit or some other brand... to replace all the gasket on our engine....you'll ezily get your goal ...

coilovers work as one where as spring and shocks dont....but there are combos for spring and struts that have been working well for the supra, but if it were me i'd get coilovers with adjustability....its nice to have the option of controlling how low u want the car....

Keep in mind if you go with NA cams...it shifts the torque/HP curve left rpm wise. That means you will hit peak HP sooner (at about 4800-5000 rpm) and it will flatten out. To over come that, you will need more boost and fuel...that's when flowing the head comes into play.
