OK I will go ahead an be a man and say it, IwantMKIII you were right and i was wrong. . .went out there took off the isc moved the tps a hair counterclockwise and code go bye bye. i guess i will know better next time that even though the resistance readings are in the green it still may not be...

in the tsrm it says code 51 can be caused by a/c electrical system or tps system and like i said the tps tested fine and is adjusted within specs, i guess the next thing to do is check the wiring and if not that then try another ecu i have an auto one that should work

i am 95% certain i dont have any vacuum leaks, i changed out the isc and it seems to be acting right but i gotta wait for it to cool down so i can do a cold start and if it still does it then i guess i will go in with a can of cleaner.
