GE isn't going to even come close to that unless it's boosted the hell out of, so call it a GTE. While they may make a clutch that would hold the power for a W58, the W58 isn't going to take those power levels. Also, they're rated at torque not horsepower.

It's not any harder to replace the main and oil pump driveshaft seals as it is the cam seals.

Those gaskets usually don't leak, but they can. More likely to have a front main or oil pump drive shaft leak.

Depends on mods, but adjustable cam gears are usually necessary with aftermarket cams so they can be properly degree'd
