Usually the pedal getting stuck to the floor, is a master, slave or fluid issue. But being rpm based is weird. What pressure plate, clutch disc, flywheel are you using? what was their condition when installed? Any lube on the throw out bearing shaft, when installed?

While there are tons of conversions from R12 to R134. I am wondering if there are any ill effects of using an R134 A/C pump on a R12 system and using R12 refrigerant. i love the cooling capability of my 7m ac system (going jz), and would like to stay R12, is this an option?
