And the gauge:icon_conf??? This is gonna drive me nuts!

    vacuum?

So if 2.6kpa is 29inches, then it is NOT impossible, correct? I don't believe there was a way to calibrate the MAP for the maft pro. jetjock, your saying I cannot clearly differentiate between 29 and 30inch correct? Very possible. Do you atleast see why I think this is accurate, plausible...

Code 34 with No Boost at all - New Turbo is all that changed

What pressure sensor?? Leak sounds probable. So what was wrong with old turbo?

chugging under heavy throttle in higher gears

that seems a bit rich, but don't know if that would cause a "chugging" I would set the fuel pressure to spec, and check for any codes...to start anyways.

    Transmission won't shift!

Worst advice ever!!! Do not do this, if the hose bursts you will be going to the hospital.

    vacuum?

Don't try to be smart, both of you, I know how to read. My gauge and my maft are showing similar numbers so what gives? Obivously the boost is off, though 14.7 plus 7 gives about 21-22 psi, but I'm not sure if thats correct way to calculate it.

    vacuum?

Well the vacum makes sense, and confirms the gauge for the most part, but I'm certain it pegged the 30in/hg(autometer, basic gauge, 30inches-20psi) but that idle seems spot on. the boost seems a little off lol, if the GE is taking 21 psi, it's handling it very well, and is pretty slow...

    vacuum?

Well according to my maft log labeled "precams"(only one I could find) I get about 2.6kpa on decel. I worked all night(I hate night shift:() but if my math is right that is 32.11in/hg, please feel free to correct me if wrong. 19-20kpa @ about 700rpm(idle) which gave me 35.54in/hg...clearly my...

Overheating issue, searches suggest BHG but I'm not convinced!!!

Shifty deal but suck it up and swallow your pride. Instead of wasting money on a lawyer just save it for the 2j, or some machine work, head bolts and a gasket, if you need it for a dd. Don't people know what contract is?? IJ...Priceless.

    question about oil being burned..

If it's a little puff on start up, it's likely your valve stem seals.

    vacuum?

Started NA cams, changed intake to GTE(exhaust is the same) didn't change the vacum much, which was a suprise.

    vacuum?

I wish I was near my car and I would take a quick vid of it, boost hits about 8-9, I dont think the gauge is fubar, valve timing is good when I changed my intake cam, and it didn't change much after that either. I'll take a look at some of my maft logs after work if I still got them and confirm...

Above, and I would also check for codes.

    vacuum?

Mine runs about 24-25inches at idle, and pegs the gauge at 30inches on even light decels. Is there such a thing as too much vacum, other than a clogged air filter or something along that line?
