I have the newer gen one. I didn't recirc at first...and it stalled ALL THE TIME! After putting the recirc in...much better...now I only stall once a week... ::Facepalm::

Get an afpr, fuel pump upgrade, and a wideband before the safc IMO. Read my current setup on my sig link if you like. I'm running 50 trim, fuel upgrades (550's with lex afm), and support mods and I run great w/o tuning or a piggyback.

Hey. I'm glad my supra has peaked your interest. As for the a/f gauge mini project...a dremol (spelling) tool this would have been a lot easier. It was a lot of cutting and drilling..kinda of a pain.

I was also surprised that it did sound similar to my car on start up. On throttle sounds different...but I just told myself (to make me feel better) that it's probably cause its got upgraded intake/exhaust manifolds and a different exhaust than mine ;)

If you don't want loud, but good performance, I have 3" turbo back with an HKS sport exhaust, with the duel pipes. Looks close to stalk, until you get close and see that each pipe is 2" instead of 1". Sounds really aggressive under low and WOT..and in the middle sounds like a low grumble. Cops...

Yesterday had the boost set nicely so that it's peak was at 14.5. Driving the supra around today and it started hitting 16.8ish. Which is a little out of my comfort zone w/o tuning. The AF's were still in the 10's which at least means it's not running lean...but still... So I started lowering...
