Check out the key that keeps the pulley where it is supposed to be. Thats the part that usually gets messed up with a wobbly pulley.
A wobbly crank pulley is often mis-diagnosed as RN on 7M's.

Toyota still has all the engine parts you need. We could go on forever about clutches, just decide what your needs are, and some research should suffice. The stock one works well for a stock dd.

Also note during the swap, the three alt control wires would have been extended from the fuse box area. The large gauge, charge wire would have also been extended. These wires need to be traced and verified.
