Hmm. The 350Z Brembo calipers may even work, and they would fit the thicker rotor. They don't come cheap though. $3500 dealer price each, or generally about $500 each used if you can find them.

The R32 calipers have longer ears that mount them further out to accommodate larger rotors. The brackets in this case already perform that function. You could probably use the R32 calipers and get an even bigger rotor under there, but they would be harder to source and the matching rotor would...
I think for most, the Marlin Crawler one is more than sufficient.
If you can justify the cost of the Ab-Flug, have at it. I had a nylon one before I went with a short shifter and I can't imagine any less play, so I doubt anyone would know the difference once installed.

Does the COR act up with the second relay detached? Perhaps that 30A relay is too much draw on the FC line of the ECU. Might add another smaller relay inline to trigger of the output of the COR instead of the FC line (it would be simpler if you could only make the relay board use...
