    It's not that difficult a swap. If you've swapped over the engine and harness, what else? You also need the ignitor, and injector resistor pack for electronics. An intercooler and piping, possibly the oil cooler as well. Your exhaust from the cat back can stay, though you'll want to upgrade it...

    Code 51 is if IDL doesn't connect to E2, correct? Usually indicates that the TPS is maladjusted and doesn't come all the way back.     ^^ this. It's simple to do, the procedure is in the TSRM on page FI-103. Hint: 0.7mm mechanical pencil leads are readily available at dollar stores if you don't have feeler gauges. Gauges are also cheap though.

    I thought that I had an exhaust manifold leak, so I popped under the hood this morning, and the plug that I had in the exhaust manifold where the EGT sensor is going to go fell out. So, I needed something to plug a hole meant for an EGT sensor... And an EGT sensor. The solution seemed obvious.
